Yes, candidates from outside Maharashtra can apply for MAH MBA CET. However, they are considered under the All India category and are not eligible for Maharashtra State reservation benefits. All India candidates can seek admission based on MAH MBA CET scores or other approved national-level exam scores such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, or GMAT, as per the admission rules of the CET Cell.
