CUET scores are used by participating universities to prepare merit lists and shortlist candidates for admission. NTA only conducts the exam and declares the scores; the admission process, cut-offs, counselling, and seat allocation are handled individually by each university based on CUET scores, eligibility criteria, reservation policies, and availability of seats.
