Raw scores are converted into Percentile Scores (ranging from 100 to 0) using the formula: 100 * (Number of candidates in a session with a raw score less than or equal to the candidate's score) / (Total number of candidates in that session). The highest scorer in each session is assigned a 100 percentile, and scores are calculated up to seven decimal places to avoid ties.
