A CMAT score is valid for one academic year only (the 2026 score is valid for the 2026-27 session). It is accepted by over 1,000 AICTE-approved management institutes across India, including top-tier colleges like JBIMS, SIMSREE, PUMBA, Great Lakes, and KJ Somaiya. Each institute has its own cut-off, which for top colleges usually ranges between 95 to 99+ percentile.
