As of the 2025 admission cycle, Maharashtra offers approximately 60,000+ MBA/MMS seats through the MAH-MBA/MMS CET across more than 500 AICTE-approved institutes. These include government, government-aided, private unaided, and minority institutions. Of these, around 85% of seats in unaided private colleges are filled through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), while 15% are reserved for institute-level (management) quota. For government and government-aided colleges, 100% of seats are filled via CAP. Reservation policies apply as per Maharashtra state norms: 13% SC, 7% ST, 19% OBC, 10% EWS, and 3% for PwD candidates.
