Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject. Students appearing in Class 12 in the current year are also eligible. There is no age limit to appear for JEE Main, but candidates can attempt the exam for three consecutive years from the year of passing Class 12.
