Candidates must be graduates from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Students in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply, provided their admission will be provisional and subject to obtaining the minimum required marks. Candidates who have completed their qualifying degree from a foreign university must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
