TITA stands for "Type In The Answer." These are non-MCQ questions where candidates must type the numerical or short text answer directly into the answer box using the keyboard. TITA questions do not provide answer options and, importantly, do not carry negative marking for incorrect responses. They are commonly found in the QA and DILR sections, and occasionally in VARC (such as para summary or odd sentence out in certain years). Since there is no penalty for wrong answers, candidates are encouraged to attempt all TITA questions after reasonable calculation.
