During JoSAA counseling and final admission, candidates must provide several documents for verification. These typically include the JEE Main scorecard, admit card, Class 10 certificate for proof of date of birth, Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate, category certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable), photo identity proof, and passport-size photographs. Candidates admitted under state quota in NITs may also need to provide proof of residence. If any required document is missing or invalid, the admission may be cancelled.
