In case of a technical snag (computer freezing, power failure, etc.), the candidate's exam timer stops immediately and does not lose time. The test center staff will either resolve the issue on the same machine or move the candidate to a buffer workstation where the test resumes from the exact point and time it was interrupted. All previous responses are saved automatically by the server. Candidates should immediately alert the invigilator without panicking in such scenarios.
