The IPM is structured over five years. The first three years focus on foundational subjects such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Humanities, Social Sciences, and basic Management principles. After successful completion of three years, students are awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) degree, subject to performance criteria. The last two years align with the flagship MBA programme curriculum at IIM Indore, including core management subjects and electives in areas like Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Strategy.
