The Decision Making section is a unique component of XAT and is not present in most other MBA entrance exams. It tests a candidate’s ability to analyze business, ethical, and social situations and choose the most appropriate course of action. Questions are usually case-based and focus on managerial judgment, ethics, and problem-solving rather than mathematical calculations.
