MAH MBA CET is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode with a total of 200 multiple-choice questions to be attempted in 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes). The paper is divided into four sections: Logical Reasoning (75 questions), Abstract Reasoning (25 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions), and Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (50 questions). Each question carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The exam does not have sectional time limits, meaning candidates can move freely between sections during the entire 150-minute duration. Due to the heavy weightage of Logical Reasoning (100 questions combined including Abstract), effective time management is crucial. Many toppers attempt the easier reasoning sets first, then move to Quant and Verbal. Since there is no penalty for wrong answers, candidates are advised to attempt all questions strategically. The difficulty level is usually moderate, but speed and accuracy play a decisive role in achieving high percentiles (above 99 percentile for top colleges).
