INI-CET and NEET PG are both national-level postgraduate medical entrance examinations in India, but they are conducted by different authorities and cover different institutes. INI-CET is conducted by AIIMS New Delhi for admission to postgraduate courses in Institutes of National Importance such as AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, NIMHANS, and SCTIMST. NEET PG is conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to MD/MS and PG Diploma courses in most government and private medical colleges across India. The exam patterns are similar, but the participating institutes and seat allocation processes differ.
