The raw score is calculated based on the candidate’s actual performance in terms of correct and incorrect answers (+3 for correct, -1 for incorrect MCQs, no negative for TITA). Since CAT is conducted in multiple slots, scaled scores are calculated after normalization to adjust for variations in difficulty levels across sessions. The scaled score is then used to determine the percentile. Admissions are based on scaled scores and percentiles, not raw scores.
