For ME/MTech/MArch/MPlan courses, candidates must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Planning from a recognized university. The minimum aggregate marks required are 50% (45% for reserved categories of Tamil Nadu). Candidates in the final year of their qualifying degree are eligible to apply. GATE-qualified candidates are also eligible and may be given preference or exemption from the entrance test as per Anna University norms.
