The Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Rohtak is a five-year dual-degree program designed for students who have completed Class 12 (or equivalent). It combines undergraduate and postgraduate studies in management. After successful completion of the first three years, students are awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, and upon completing the full five years, they receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IIM Rohtak. The curriculum is structured to build a strong foundation in quantitative methods, economics, humanities, social sciences, and management subjects in the initial years, followed by advanced management courses in the last two years alongside MBA students. The program aims to nurture young leaders with analytical ability, decision-making skills, and leadership qualities from an early academic stage.
