The Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Rohtak is a five-year full-time residential programme that combines undergraduate and postgraduate management education. The first three years focus on foundational subjects such as economics, mathematics, statistics, psychology, sociology, humanities, and introductory management courses. The last two years are equivalent to the regular MBA programme at IIM Rohtak, covering core management disciplines and electives. On successful completion, students are awarded a Bachelor’s degree (as specified by IIM Rohtak) after three years and an MBA degree after five years.
