The minimum percentile required to qualify for JEE Advanced varies each year depending on the difficulty level of the exam and the performance of candidates. The National Testing Agency determines the cutoff percentile after evaluating all results. Generally, the cutoff percentile for the General category has been around 90–93 percentile in recent years, while it is lower for reserved categories such as OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, ST, and PwD.
