If a candidate withdraws admission before the specified deadline, the refund of fees is processed as per IIM Indore’s policy and UGC guidelines. Generally, a portion of the fee is refunded after deducting administrative charges if withdrawal is requested within the stipulated time. Once the academic session begins or after the final withdrawal deadline, refund eligibility may be limited or not applicable. Candidates must submit a formal withdrawal request in writing.
