After declaration of results, HPTU conducts centralized counselling for MBA admissions. Candidates are allotted seats based on HP CET rank, category reservation, availability of seats, and preference of institutions. In some cases, institutions may conduct further selection rounds such as Group Discussion (GD) or Personal Interview (PI). Final admission is confirmed after document verification and fee payment.
