The selection process for IIM Rohtak IPM consists of multiple stages. First, candidates must appear for the IPM Aptitude Test (IPMAT) conducted by IIM Rohtak. Based on their performance in the aptitude test, candidates are shortlisted for the next stage, which may include a Personal Interview (PI). The final selection is based on a composite score that includes performance in the IPMAT, Personal Interview, and possibly academic profile. The weightage assigned to each component is determined by IIM Rohtak for the respective admission cycle. Only candidates who meet the minimum sectional and overall cut-offs in the aptitude test are considered for further stages.
