After the declaration of TANCET results, candidates must apply separately for the counselling process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE), Tamil Nadu. The counselling process includes online registration, uploading of documents, payment of counselling fee, publication of rank list, choice filling of colleges, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted institution. Candidates must produce original certificates for verification including degree certificates, mark sheets, community certificate (if applicable), and nativity certificate.
