XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is a national-level management entrance examination conducted annually by XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, on behalf of the Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI). It is primarily used for admission to MBA/PGDM programs offered by XLRI and more than 160 other participating management institutes across India. XAT has been conducted since 1956 and is one of the oldest and most respected MBA entrance exams in the country.
