The campus of College has natural surroundings and green trees are its attraction., Named after a great soul of the region Baba Hariram, the College was established in 1965 by the general meeting of the people of Mairwa block. The foundation committee included Lt Gopal ji Shahi Lt Raj Banshi Singh chairperson, Secretary and Lt Radhakrishna Singh Joint secretary. The building of the College was built by the contribution made by the farmers of the sugarcane purchase and sell union of Mairwa . It was affiliated to Bihar University Mujaffarpur in July, 1966. It was converted in to constituent College on 01.01.1980 by the govt of Bihar, The College has co-educational set-up and imparts education up to honor & level in arts and science subjects, the college possesses a rich library.
