Located in G. T. B. College was established by Bilaspur Model Education Society in such a way that the each and every student would get an excellent academic environment. This excellent academic environment will enable the students to enjoy on acquiring knowledge and competitive skills to become a professional software developer and educationist and face the global competition., Chhhattisgarh is a developing state of India rich in mines of Iron ore, Bauxite, Coal, Energy, Power Plant, Cement, other industries of Iron and Steel and in the production of Rice. After formation of new state in the year 2001 the state is growing day by day specially in the field of Technical, Computer and Professional Education. In the year 2001 there were only few Colleges but now there are many. But the increase in this field is quite negligible as compared to the number of students passing out from schools day by day., The population of India is increasing at the rate of nearly 2% every year and total 2% population of India is in Chhattisgarh. But the colleges with job oriented technical and professional education in comparison to other near by states is very less. It is very necessary to stop the migration of students from chhattisgarh to other states for job oriented technical and professional education., To cope up the increasing demand of job oriented Technical and Professional Educaiton and to generate employment opportunities Bilaspur Model Education Society decided to start a College having Job Oriented Courses., VISION, To produce the best Educators/Teachers that meets the technical, managerial and Educational challenges of modern society. This would serve the whole world., To provide research and development atmosphere and to be an excellent center in higher and Teacher education to become world class guidance cum Counseling center for Education Sector., MISSION, To be excellent in all aspects of academic activities and produce a high quality Computer based/ Education based Students., To survive on specialization, work increasingly in front-line areas that transcend disciplines., To have a perception and a value system appropriate to the pursuit of high Science to meet the critically evaluated needs of the society in terms of products and processes using indigenous resources in close collaboration with Software, Education and manufacturing sectors., To programmed in to their activities the emerging technological needs with a futuristic outlook., To accept extension and public services as a third dimension to their role in addition to education and research., To attain stature that enables them to provide leadership with credibility., To prepare “Creative Software developers and educationists” ,“innovative thinkers”, and “Entrepreneurs”., To provide a liberal as well as a professional education so that each student acquires a respect for moral values, a sense of their duties as a citizen, a feeling for taste and style and a better human understanding.
