BBA ( Eligibility: A candidate who has passed in Higher Secondary Examination under HSC board of examination, TamilNadu as per norms set by the Goverment of TamilNadu or an examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the syndicate shell be permitted to appear and qualify for the Bachelor of Business Administration
Duration :
Three Academic Year (with six semesters)
The undergraduate degree course in Business Administration was established in the year 1991.The department was eve loved with the specific vision of inculcating managerial skills which best suit the requirements of Business Profession of any kind such as Manufacturing,Services,Trading etc.
During the last 15 years the department has blossomed into a great centre for management learning with excellent infrastructure. the department has got an effective interaction with industries in and around hosur.A special mention is required here that managers from various leading industries like Titan,TVS etc have magnanimously contributed their services to the students of our dept in terms of guest lecturers.
Department Achievements
Through the association of the dept ACME many seminars has been conducted in collaboration with industry leaders.
The association ACME has to its credit 2 state level intercollegiate meets where in more than 25 colleges had participated.
Industrial visits are being regularly organized for the benefit of the students.
Students are trained separately for campus interviews.
The students undertake various inplant trainings and project works in order to enhance their capabilities.
Our students have won various intercollegiate events including the “overall championship trophy” twice.
Many students of the department have been placed in various companies including Sutherland,TCS,Titan Etc.
The department has produced various rank holders at the university level examinations.
The department also takes the credit of producing district level players in football and Cricket.
