Medium : English Duration : 4 years Eligibility : H.S.Sc (PCB) 50% for Open category and 45% for Reserved category First Year:- Basic Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology, Raw material used for cosmetics from Natural sources, Study of plants for their medicinal properties, Elementary Mathematics. Second Year :- Basic formulations, Chemical and instrumental methods for analysis, Unit operations and cosmetic laws etc. Third Year:- Cosmetic formulations, perfumes, cosmetic manufacturing ,Principles of cosmeceutics, Cosmetic applications, and effects of cosmetics on skin and its appendages. Fourth Year:- Formulation and devlopment of synthetic and herbal cosmetic products, their evaluation , perfuming and colouring of products, organisation, management and designing of processes in cosmetic industries.
