Department of Civil Engineering The Department of Civil Engineering was started in the academic year 2009-10 with an intake of 60 under Atria Institute of Technology. The institute is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. The department has well qualified & experienced faculty with M.Tech&Ph.D degrees.The department has developed strong links with the building and construction industry and academic bodies. The departments main objective is to build a strong, stable and deep concept in various aspects of civil engineering among students and there by bringing the futures of tomorrow. The Department of Civil Engineering provides high quality education and discipline. The faculty makes it possible to give individual attention to the learners and to motivate them to achieve their professional goals. The department laboratories are well equipped as per requirements of the curriculum.
