B.E Program in Computer Science and Engineering(120 Seats)
The Computer Science and Information Science Departments are provided with well equipped laboratory with 185 computers, online UPS and a highly qualified and experienced faculty members. The computer centre is geared to provide the specialist environment and is equipped with systems of latest available configuration with Internet facility. The computer terminals are connected via LAN & Internet connectivity. The faculty members of our department ensure a multidimensional development of the student with a balanced blend of the theory as well as the practical exposure. Each member of the teaching faculty has been appointed after careful and through examination of their academic credential, experience and professional ability.
Students will be under the meticulous care of the faculty. Separate counselors are appointed to monitor and guide groups of students in proper way. Students can rest assured that they will receive the best quality of Instructions and academic support and college is untouched by pollution and free from traffic snarls.
The department has started special activities like Departmental association, Departmental Library, training activity in collaboration with SSI Tumkur and Proctorial system. At present the Department Library has 64 volumes, which will be enhanced at a later stage.
* For the benefit of the students the Lab facility will be extended after the regular class hours.
* Tutorial classes on problem oriented subjects are arranged.
* Teaching diary, Log books, moving register and minutes of meeting, Stock ledgers books are properly maintained.
