Electronics & Telecommunication Department Electronics & Telecommunication has brought revolutionary changes in all walks of life. With the technological revolution Electronics, Telecommunication and networking equipment’s being used today have become cheaper, faster and better and also created immense opportunities for young engineers. The communication has become very essential part of daily life. Effective communication is also essential component for excellence. Department encourages the students in research activities in the area of Communication Engg., VLSI Micro-Controller and Microprocessor based systems design and Digital Image Processing. The students of department are also encouraged to participate in project competition, Technical Paper presentations, Seminars etc. Eligibility for appearing for MH-CET-2010 Candidate should have appeared / passed the HSC(Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Admission will be made on the basis of MH-CET-2010 score 1) For admission to first year of degree courses in Engineering Technology, Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria,Prescribed by DTE, M.S Mumbai. 2) If letter grades are assigned instead of marks at SSC, HSC or its equivalent examination the candidate must obtain the certificate of conversion of letter grades inio marks form the Competent Authority where from the candidate has passed the examination. Such certificates should be produced at the time of submission of application form. Other eligibility crioteria: Candidates seeking admission to some special course or under some special provisions have to fulfill the required additional eligibility criteria Note: However, the eligibility conditions may vary in accordance with Judicial pronouncements and orders issued by appropriate authorities from time to time.
