ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
According to the directives from the Department of Technical Education, admission for 60% of the seats (ie :- 168 nos.) will be done from PET qualifiers by counselling conducted by the Directorate ofTechnical Education (C.G.) for which only the residents of Chhattisgarh are eligible. The remaining 25% (ie : 70 Seats) shall be filled from all India entrance test (AIEEE) qualifiers by counselling and the remaining 15% (ie :- 42 Seats) would be filled at college level against management quota.
LATERAL ADMISSIONS (FOR DIPLOMA HOLDERS IN TRANSFER COURSE)
Diploma holders are eligible for admission directly in second year of four year B.E. Degree course. Ten percent of total intake in first year B.E. is sanctioned for admission in second year. Out of the total seats so available in second year, admissions will be made on the basis of marks obtained in theory subject of diploma examination with a minimum of 60%. The admission notice for this entry is published in news papers and college notice board.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION :
Candidates seeking admission to the college must submit prescribed application form filling up every columns with following documents in original along with two sets of photocopies. Originals are required for verification and custody by the college.
1) Mark Sheet of qualifying Examination
a) C.B.S.E. /I.C.S.E.
b) H.S.S.C. (10+2)
c) B.Sc. Part (I/II/III)
d) Diploma (From Polytechnic)
2) Transfer certificates in original from the institution last attended.
3) Character Certificates
4) Affidavit, if there is gap during study period.
5) Domicile Certificate (for those belonging to C.G.)
6) Recent Passport size Photo (Student 6 copies + Parent & Local guardian 1 Copy each)
7) Undertaking from candidate regarding disciplined behavior in college to be countersigned by Parent / Guardian. (Tear & Submit Last Page)
8) Migration Certificate where ever necessary.
9) Proof of Address
10) Proof of blood group
