In particular, the rapid growth of personal communication dev ices, such as mobile phones , satellite communication etc have changed the way we all work. The world today has become a global village, thanks to the rapid strides made in the field of Electronics and Communication engineering. The Department facilitates an interdisciplinary approach which is designed to meet the future needs of industry. Mission of the department is to facilitate young engineering graduates to acquire technical exposure in the area of electronics and communication engineering, nurture career improvement and develop intellectual, human and social qualities necessary for the successful practice of the profession.
