Mechanical Engineering Department: Mechanical Engineering is one of the core branches in the field of Engineering and Technology. Pankajaksthuri College of Engineering and Technology offers Mechanical Engineering along with three other engineering branches. This department offers a four year course in Mechanical Engineering leading to B. Tech Degree of the University of Kerala. Every year 60 students are admitted to this department, in addition to 10% as lateral entry during 2nd year. The department has a team of qualified and experienced staff members who can deliver high quality education to the students. The workshop/ laboratories required for this course available with state of art equipments and well qualified staff. These facilities provide students an excellent opportunity to know their subjects in depth by doing experiment in lab. The department has a technical association with staff and students as members.
