Course Duration : 2 Years Course Fees : Rs. 1,07,750 Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university with minimum 50% marks or UPSEE 2010 / CAT / MAT qualified. The MBA program is a two year Post Graduate program, distributed over 4 semesters, each semester having eight compulsory papers of 40 sessions each of one-hour duration. In the first year, general management subjects are taught along with introductory papers on various streams of management. The final year comprises of a specialized study of two areas of management- One forms the major area of the student, and the second a minor area specialization. Also an open specialization area is opted by the student. Two projects are inbuilt in the curriculum, one being based on a live problem in an organization, called the summer training project, which is carried out in an organization, and is based on a live problem of the firm. Summer Training for 6/8 weeks is compulsory for every student pursuing the course, which they have to undergo between second and third semester. The second project is a Research Project, and is carried out under the guidance of an internal faculty guide. Comprehensive viva forms a part of both the even semesters of the course. Every course carries maximum marks of 150 -100 marks for semester examination and 50 marks for internal assessment. Internal Assessment consists of two components (i) Class Test (30 marks) (ii) Teacher Assessment (20 marks). However in subject MBA 017 and MBA 018, Class test component consists of 15 marks for Class Test and 15 marks for Practicals (MBA 017) and Presentation (MBA 018).
