Course Information & Syllabus
All admissions to the institute are governed by the rules and regulations issued by The State Government / AICTE / Affiliating University from time to time. Candidates are required to report to the institute on the specified date(s) with the admit card issued by Haryana State Counseling Society (HSCS). The institute will get the following formalities completed before the admission :-
Verification of admit card through website
Filling-up the institute admission form.
Checking the original documents/certificates & submission of three sets of each certificate duly attested to the institute.
Supplying six copies of the latest colored passport size photograph by each candidate.
Depositing the prescribed fee and other charges. And after this, the candidates will be issued Letter of Admission.
The admissions at the Institute level will be made as per instructions issued by The State Government / AICTE / Affiliating University and will be required to follow the same procedure as indicated above. Similarly, the students admitted under LEET will also follow above procedure for admission.
FEE Structure
Points to be Remembered:
* The fee structure is further subject to revision, by the state Govt, from time to time and the same shall be applicable, as and when amended/ communicated by the State Govt. In addition, the students shall be required to pay the University fees/Charges as prescribed by K.U.K.
* All the fees/dues shall be paid on or before the specified date.
* Fees once paid including exam fees will not be refunded or adjusted in any case whatsoever.
* Students who do not pay theirfees may be asked to leave the course. They shall not be allowed to appear for any exams.
* Students who desire to leave the college at any time during the course, will have to deposit fee for the balance period of course before his/her Certificates are returned by the college.
* Caution/security money will only be returned to the students after the completion of 4years period of course, subject to "no dues certificates"
etc.
* No fee or other funds etc. deposited by the student shall be refunded to him in case he/she opts to leave the Institute or discontinues his/her studies for any reason thereof.
