M.Sc Chemistry Applied Chemistry Department The Science Departments of this institute were equipped 40 years back when the institute was established .The Applied Chemistry Department of the institute is having one of the best equipped laboratories. The Department is presently involved in teaching of Under-graduate and Post-graduate courses, research activities and testing .The department also received grants thrice under MODERNIZATION scheme of AICTE, New Delhi. The students after passing M.Sc. are readily absorbed by various industries. U.G : Ist year B.E. students are taught Chemistry of Engg. Materials P.G : M.Sc. in applied Chemistry with specializations Drugs and Fine Chemicals Textile Chemistry intake of 13 student. Doctoral : The department offers research work for Ph.D. Degree.
