Diploma in Computer Science Engineering

The Diploma in Computer Science Engineering (DCSE), is a three years undergraduate diploma level computer engineering course in India. The aim of designing diploma course is to provide the candidate with basic knowledge of Engineering, Scientific Computing, Mathematical Techniques and ability to apply the basic problem-solving techniques in an interdisciplinary field of Computer Science. The diploma computer study develops the generalized perspective which is required to improve in candidates for viewing the organization in a holistic manner, prepare competent professional in management and also trained in technical and functional business skills in the field of computer engineering. Computer Science plays an important role in the field like Science, Medicine, Music & Art, Business, Law, and Communication.The diploma / certificate study develops skills and expertise in implementing in inclusionary practices and differentiated instruction techniques to help students with special learning needs.The study improves the knowledge, mental ability and an aptitude to think logically techniques.The study is focused on theoretical and practical aspects of specialized educational subjects Like Applied Mathematics, Concept of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Basic Electronics Skills, Basic Computing Skills, English Communication, Digital Electronics, Programming with C & Java Language, Web Designing, Hardware and Networking, Computer Networking, Software Testing, Network Security & Management, Mobile Computing, Network Security.

Eligibility

The candidate who have to pass 10th or (10 + 2) with additional subjects like, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physic, and English, with the minimum aggregate of 50% or an Equivalent Examination, such candidates are eligible to take admission in the diploma engineering study program.

Course Duration & Learning Mode

The Diploma in Computer Science Engineering (DCSE), the study requires 3 years of the time period with an internship in India, It’s a Full-Time engineering diploma course. The course is not available for part-time and under distance education mode as it's a practical based study. The diploma is equivalent to Diploma offered by the Technical Education System and other University / Polytechnic in India.

Further Studies

After the successful completion of this course, candidates can also pursue the higher studies and do Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or do specialization research-oriented course in their respective field.
