Faculty Development Programme (FDP) - The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is a four-month, residential programme, specially designed for faculty members of management education and training institutes. The programme simply aims at developing the pedagogical and research skills of the participants. A package of compulsory courses enhances teaching and research capabilities, and a set of elective courses improve the knowledge of the participants in areas of their interest.
