Master in Human Resource and Organisational Management (MHROM), is a two years postgraduate academic master's management degree course of study in India. The candidate has to complete Bachelor Degree like Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or any other Bachelor Degree with relevant subjects or equivalent examination, with minimum aggregate 55% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master’s degree study program.
This course requires study requires 2 years of the time period in India, It’s a Full Time professional degree course, but some candidates use part time, correspondence education program and also go for distance learning, online study option to earn this degree.
