MS Otorhinolaryngology - These specific programs dedicated to the study of head and neck cancer, diseases of the hearing and balance mechanisms, the skull base area, pathology of the nose and paranasal sinuses, wound healing, and pediatric disorders.These programs are ongoing at both the basic science level (defining the mechanisms underlying specific disease processes) and at the clinical level (developing new strategies for therapeutic intervention). Translational research efforts build upon a strong molecular and technical foundation to bring laboratory innovations into clinical practice, with carefully designed monitoring strategies in place to fuel further advancement.
