The Hotel Industry is booming during the last few years. As the life style of the people have changed, so the demand for hotel industry including fast food restaurants are rising. The University has launched DHM which will help the learners in getting relevant knowledge about different sectors of hotel industries like production of food and beverages, sales of tangible goods and intangible services etc. The programme consists of five compulsory courses including a project related to Hotel Management. All courses are compulsory. 20% marks in each course shall be for Home Assignment as indicated.
