Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) is inviting applications for admission into B.Tech (Food Technology) for the academic year 2023-24.
Eligibility
Applicants must have passed the two-year Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, A.P. or any other equivalent examination recognized by the University or Board of Intermediate Education. The subjects required for eligibility are Physical Sciences and Biological or Natural Sciences.
Age Limit
The age limit for admission into ANGRAU B.Tech (Food Technology) for the year 2023 is as follows:
- General Category: 17 years – 22 years
- SC & ST Candidates: 17 years – 25 years
- Physically Challenged candidates: 17 years – 27 years
Online Registration Fee
The candidates must pay an online registration fee of Rs.1000/- for General Candidates and Rs.500/- for SC, ST & PH (Differently Abled) candidates at the time of uploading the online application before 27-07-2023. However, candidates are allowed to register online up to four days after the last date of registration with a late fee of Rs. 2,000/- for General Candidates and Rs. 1,000/- for SC, ST & PH (Differently Abled) candidates.

The candidates granted admission should submit the following certificates in original at the time of admission:
- Pass Certificate-cum-Memorandum of Marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Intermediate)
- Hall Ticket & Rank Card of AP EAPCET 2023
- SSC or its equivalent examination Certificate
- Community Certificate (for candidates belonging to Backward Classes / Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes)
- Bonafide or Study certificates (6th class to Intermediate or its equivalent)
- Residence Certificate, if necessary
- Transfer Certificate from the College or School where the candidate last studied
- Form I and Form II, Adangal/ 1B and study certificates claimed under Non-Municipal area (for candidates joined under farmer quota)
- Original certificates issued by the competent authorities (for candidates under Special Categories - CAP / NCC / PH / SG/ Sports & Games)
