CENTAC (Centralised Admission Committee) is a body established by the Government of Puducherry for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by the colleges of Puducherry. The CENTAC PG program is a postgraduate program offered by the committee. CENTAC 2026 is a State level counselling process. The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) is for admission to PG Courses (PG Medical, PG Dentak, PG Non NEET courses) in Government quota seats, Self- supporting seats and NRI available in Government Colleges, Government Quota seats in Private Colleges. Admission is on basis of Qualifying Exam Marks, and marks in entrance exams like NEET, JEE, NATA, NEET PG, NEET MDS.

Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria for the CENTAC PG program are as follows:
- The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in the relevant field with at least 50% marks.
- The candidate should be a citizen of India.
M. Tech. Degree:
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- Candidates are required to have B.E/B.Tech. in specified stream degree through regular course of studyfrom an AICTE approved institution (or) an examination of any University or Authority accepted by the PondicherryUniversity or any other equivalent University,with at least 55% marks in the degree examination or equivalent CGPA

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- M.Sc Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics as main subject and Chemistry and Mathematics as ancillaries. (or) Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Chemistry as main subject and Physics and Mathematics as ancillaries. (or) Bachelor’s Degree in Science – Applied Science. (or) Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as major subject
- M.C.A: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science/Information Technology or commerce with a minimum of 45% marks in the degree examination or equivalent CGPA.
- M.B.A: Candidates are required to have a Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category)
Course: M.V.Sc
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- Candidates are required to have a B.V.Sc. & A.H. Degree recognized by Veterinary Council of India with a minimum O.G.P.A. of 6.0 in 10.0 point scale. (5.5 for SC/ST candidates).
M. Sc.(Nursing)/M.P.T
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursin Registration Council.
- Minimum educational qualification shall be B.P.T. from a recognised university, on full time basis, with duration of not less than 3 years of course of study and 6 months of compulsory rotatory internship
Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm.)
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification shall be B.Pharm. with minimum of 55% of aggregate marks. [50% for SC/ST].
LL.B. (3 yearsRegular Course) / LL.M.
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- Candidates seeking admission to LL.B. degree course should have passed any Bachelor Degree of any university or its equivalent examination thereto, with a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate for General / OBC – Candidates (40% of marks in aggregate for SC/ST- candidates).
- Candidates applying for this programme should have passed B.L./LL.B. degree any recognized university or its of equivalent and should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate in the Three / Five years of B.L / LL.B.degree.
