Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM Jammu) announces the commencement of admissions for the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Program for the academic year 2024-26. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for this Blended Mode program designed for working executives with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
The Executive MBA (EMBA) in blended mode caters to experienced professionals who, for various reasons, were unable to pursue formal management education. This program offers them an opportunity to enhance their managerial skills with minimal disruption to their work routine and personal commitments. Targeting professionals from diverse sectors such as industry, corporations, government organizations, armed/paramilitary forces, NGOs, and entrepreneurs, the EMBA is a rigorous two-year initiative tailored for mid/senior-level professionals.
It aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, attitude, flexibility, and commitment to lifelong learning, enabling them to reach their career’s maximum potential.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Work Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of work experience by the last date of application. Experience gained during the study period will not be considered.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% for General, 47% for NC – OBC, and 45% for SC/ST/DAP from a recognized University or educational institution. Alternatively, candidates should hold an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, or have completed professional programs like CA/CS/ICWA.
- Relevant Test Scores: CAT/GMAT/GRE scores are required. The test score should be valid on the deadlines for the submission of the application form.

- The online EMBA application form is available on the IIM Jammu website www.iimj.ac.in.
- Download the completed online application form, send a hard copy along with relevant supporting documents, and the required receipt of online payment through SPEED POST ONLY by March 31, 2024, to: Admissions Office (EMBA Programme), Indian Institute of Management Jammu, Old University Campus, Canal Road, Jammu – 180016.
- Enclose the receipt of online fee payment of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1000 in the case of SC/ST/PwD category candidates) favoring Indian Institute of Management Jammu with your application.

Selection Process:
The selection process of IIM Jammu includes:
- Test Score – CAT/GMAT/GRE score or IIM Jammu Admission Test (IIMJAT) Score
- Academic Profile – Graduation Score/Percentage
- Personal Interview
- The preparation of the merit list will be based on the CAT / GMAT / GRE / IIMJAT Score, academic profile, gender diversity, and personal interview.
