Understanding the JUET Grading System
JUET follows a comprehensive grading system that reflects your academic performance. Here's a breakdown:
Here is the JUET grading system in a table format:
| Grade | Description | Grade Points |
|---|---|---|
| A+ | Outstanding | 10 |
| A | Excellent | 9 |
| B+ | Very Good | 8 |
| B | Good | 7 |
| C+ | Above Average | 6 |
| C | Average | 5 |
| D | Pass | 4 |
| F | Fail | 0 |
And here is an example of how to calculate the semester GPA in a table format:
| Course | Grade | Credit Hours | Grade Points | Weighted Grade Points |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Course 1 | A+ | 3 | 10 | 30 |
| Course 2 | B | 4 | 7 | 28 |
| Course 3 | C+ | 3 | 6 | 18 |
| ... | ... | ... | ... | ... |
| Total | Total Credit Hours | Total Weighted Grade Points |
Semester GPA = Total Weighted Grade Points / Total Credit Hours
Your semester GPA is calculated based on these grade points, weighted by the credit hours of each course.
