Renaissance University, School of Management offers the Post Graduate Diploma in Management–Tricity (PGDM – Tricity), approved by AICTE, Govt. of India. It’s a Two-Year Full-Time Program, spread over four semesters. The most notable feature is its quixotic objective to provide the students with an all-round broad perspective in all streams of management education, including exposure to national areas.
At Renaissance University, PGDM is a customized programme, designed for those who want to explore their chunk of opportunities in a broader area. As PGDM is closely related to industry practices and trends, thus the curriculum is updated frequently as per the changing business trends which helps the students to develop into business-ready managers, capable of responding to complex business requirements that arise in a changing business environment. The central focus of the course lies on implementation of the Managerial Principles they learn which will help them to exercise better in their national placements.
Credulously it all goes in vain without the practical exposure. Hence to give them the hands on experience, students of this programme will experience dedicated cross-specialization internships in metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, etc. A great deal of emphasis is also placed on experiential learning. The students are required to work on a number of corporate and academic research projects during their two years on campus.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 50% (for SC/ST/OBC 45%) and minimum duration of 3 years from a recognized University.

Program Highlights
- All- expenses-paid 2 Metro Centric Internship (Pune and Mumbai) of 30 days each.
- 1 Internship in Indore.
- Highly Potential Placements Drive with highest and average package of 7.5 lakh & 4 lakh respectively.
- Curriculum of First Year [1st and 2nd Semester] covers around 15 core subjects that enable students to gain a holistic perspective of general management besides building on the essential communication, computer and quantitative skills.
- Curriculum of Second Year [3rd and 4th Semester] covers around 7 subjects + 1 Dissertation of each specialization to enhance the domain knowledge of their respective stream.
- Dual Specialization by opting for a combination of any two streams among Marketing, Finance and HR.
- Pedagogy includes Live Case Studies, Guest Lectures, Industrial Visits, Assignments, Projects, and Exams etc.
- Placement Related activities like Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Resume Building Exercises, Aptitude Skills Building exercises etc. to create a place-able product.
- Cross Specialization Internship: A core marketing student will go through finance and other stream projects and vice versa will happen for a finance student. This shall give them an overall management learning and chance to get a head to head with every facet of the dynamic curriculum.
Admission Guidelines
The following Admission Guidelines are strictly adhered to by Renaissance University :-
- The minimum Prerequisite to apply for admissions in any of the Undergraduate programs is to achieve a 12th class passing certificate from any recognized board of India.
- The minimum Prerequisite for Foreign Nationals to apply for admissions in any of the Undergraduate programs is to achieve and submit an equivalent of 12th class passing certificate recognized in that country and meeting the equivalence criteria of 'Association of Indian University'.
- The Prerequisite to apply for admissions in any of the Postgraduate programs is to be a graduate from any recognized University of India.
- The Prerequisite for Foreign Nationals to apply for admissions in any of the Postgraduate programs is to submit a graduation degree awarded by a recognized University of that country and meeting the equivalence criteria of 'Association of Indian University'.
- The University reserves the final discretion with regards to the admission of a student.
- The admission criteria for the students of General Category will be different from students belonging to SC, ST or Other backward classes.
- The fees structure for Indian students and International students may vary.
- Renaissance University reserves the right to disqualify any student from the admission process who has not completed the age of 17 years.
