Duration of the Course
- 6 Semesters Years) and timing for conduct of classes normally shall be in the evening hours/Sundays/holidays or any flexible and convenient timings of the Institution.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria for B.E./B.Tech. Lateral Entry Programs:
- Civil Engineering:
- Candidate must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and Technology from the State Board of Technical Education of Telangana State/Andhra Pradesh.
- The diploma should be recognized by the Government of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh as equivalent for admission into the B.E./B.Tech. Civil Engineering program.
- Minimum passing marks for eligibility: 45% (OC) and 40% (Others).
- Mechanical Engineering:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Technology from the State Board of Technical Education of Telangana State/Andhra Pradesh.
- The diploma must be recognized by the Government of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh as equivalent for admission into the B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering program.
- Minimum passing marks for eligibility: 45% (OC) and 40% (Others).
- AI&ML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning):
- First preference will be given to candidates with a diploma in Computer Science Engineering and its Allied branches (AI, AID, AIM, CME, CSB, CSC, CSD, CSG, CSI, CSM, CSN, CSO, CST, CSW, CIC, etc.).
- If seats remain vacant, they will be filled with candidates who have obtained a Diploma in any branch of Engineering/Technology based on Rank (if a test is conducted) or percentage of marks/CGPA obtained in the Diploma in Engineering and Technology (if no test is conducted).
- Minimum passing marks for eligibility: 45% (OC) and 40% (Others).
Additional Eligibility Criteria for all Programs:
- Professionals working in a registered industry/organization (Central/State/Private/Public Limited Company/MSMEs) located within a 100 km radius of Osmania University, Hyderabad.
- Minimum of one year full-time/regular work experience is required.
- The minimum admissions required for each course is 1/3 of the approved intake, i.e., 10 candidates in each program.
