Introduction to Xactitude'26
Xactitude'26 is the flagship National IT Fest hosted by the Department of Computer Science at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University). Scheduled for February 10th and 11th, 2026, in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this premier platform invites institutions from across the nation to compete in a diverse range of events celebrating technological innovation. With the theme "Collective Intelligence for a Distributed Tomorrow," Xactitude encourages future developers to explore sustainable, ethical, and human-centric approaches to technology.
Events & Competitions
The fest features a comprehensive lineup of technical and gaming events designed to test various skills:
- Hackathon (KJU Hackathon): A platform for developers to build innovative solutions.
- IT Fest: Includes specialized competitions such as PromtHack (Prompt Engineering), Inquery (SQL Detective), Tech Debate, Zeroday (CTF), The Monte Carlon (IT Quiz), Frontend Frenzy, IT Manager, and CodeRelay (Coding Contest).
- Gaming: A dedicated track featuring Valorant, Nuketown Knockout (CODM), Champions League (FC26), Frostbite Royale (Free Fire Tournament), and BGMI Showdown.
Eligibility & Registration
Participation is open to students interested in the IT and gaming fields. Registration is divided into three categories: IT Fest Pass (₹300 per person) for access to IT events, Gaming Pass (₹200 per person) for gaming tournaments, and Hackathon Pass (₹800 per team) for the hackathon. Registration is mandatory for all participants, and entry is subject to individual event limits.
