Khambhat being their Native and resident of Mumbai, Smt. Vidhyaben Parikh helped in lying stepping stone and establishing the college by donating Rs. 2,51,000/- (Rs. Two lakh fiftyone thousand) in reminiscence of her husband late shri Mohanlal Narandas Parikh in 1970., This is the 2nd Pharmay college to be established in Gujarat. Today under the Guidance of chairman of Shri Khambhat Taluka Sarvajanik Kelavani Mandal, Sheth Shri Bhagvatilal D Rao the Institute is still in progression of never ending development.At beginning very learned person like Shri B. D. Parikh was principal of this college. Dr. Madhubhai Patel Ex-Vice Chancellor of North Gujarat University, Dr. Bharatbhai Patel, Ex-Vice Chancellor of S P University are the ex faculty of this institute. Dr. N. M. Patel, Dr. K. N.
